GAMEPLAY: Started game and no matter where clicked, champ walked up mid into enemy side

Half hour ago now, I was playing a Team Builder. I picked Teemo. When the game started I clicked on the map to move, near to myself, and I saw my movement tracking line go up into the enemy camp. I clicked everywhere trying to get Teemo to stop but he WOULDN'T STOP WALKING.

I got killed about five times before I exited client and restarted and by then my team was hopelessly gone. I had fed the mid-Yasuo and I'm sure my mid Fizz wasn't happy. Can someone look into this?
