[Gameplay] I just encountered my first real glitch

I was using garen and it was 30min in and there was a huge 5v5 and I did q e w ignite r steraks gage popped, I used flash all within 1.5 second.

The result? my fking e got stuck, but I wasn't spinning, it was just stuck as if it was active.

I tried doing ctrl+e and alt+e and clicking/pressing on e but nothing happen.

"click e to stop using judgment", wtf.

I think it happened cuz everything came so fast that it broke the game.

I somehow still won even though I couldn't use e for the rest of the game.
