[Client] Whole pc starts to lag like crazy while updating the game/client

Opened up the client as usual, Found out theres an update. Since ive got no choice i just let it do its thing. Its been happening since i downloaded the game (after resetting my pc), I just started noticing how my whole pc (mainly ram-related programs like chrome) Starts lagging and freezing. First instinct was to check out the task manager but not a single component gets over 50% (Tbh, Only the memory gets to around 40% and everything else stays around 10% at most) As for the temps, Every was as usual and maybe like 2-3c above idle temps. If anyone got any clue as for whats up let me know as this wasnt happening when i used to play the game over half a year back (Which yea, Alot changed.)
