League Match History Browser Vanishing Games

I decided to check if a player got any ban for some extremely toxic behavior I reported (along with video of said behavior) and the game shows up in my match history but when I click theirs it does not show up (doesn't exist, but plenty of other games that day do). Whats going on with match history?
