Fiddlesticks Ult Straight to CD

I just had a game as Fiddlesticks where I cast my ult and once it finished prepping it fizzled straight to CD. I was not touched by anything during that period and no debuffs were applied.

looks like you tried to move during the channel and accidentally interrupted it yourself.
