Queue broken???

So I play ranked and I have been queue selecting Bot/Mid... Now I'm ok with mid and play it frequently but i prefer bot. I was wondering if you could explain to me how it is putting me in MID the last 27 matches even though bot is first priority. Did you guys accidentally flip the priority code so that it gives you secondary over primary choice!?!?!?!?
