Alpha Client Desktop Shortcut.

I was in a game on the Alpha, and after that it crashed. I tried to reopen it, came to find out the shortcut on my desktop disappeared. I looked through my files and found it, you can open it from there, but when I try to move it to desktop, some weird pop-up comes up saying I have to download something.
