Client Lag is Too Much

When the new client first came out it was fine, no lag for me. I loved it.

slowly after each update I realized the delay between going from screen to screen was getting longer, and the lag and delay of clicking things or loading in champ select was getting worse.

After this most recent patch its been awful. I had to turn on low spec mode and that barely helped at all. I can't see the champ select load in animation anymore. Selecting runes is a lagging mess that makes it even harder. hell, going to my profile screen is too hard. Like my discord chat will go silent until the screen is loaded. In game is fine, I have no problems in game. But the Client is awful right now.
