i cant use my skin

I bought kalista, and her skin. and i selected it. but i when i get to load screen, the skin isnt applied, neither is it on in game. at first i thought i forgot to switch it, but i made sure i had it selected the second game, and that i had it the last game because it was already selected. so is there a problem with the skin?

A lot of time newly bought skins do that in Draft/Ranked if it's not working in a day it's a glitch with the actual skin, otherwise it's probably just your account not registering the skin yet
