Minion and Monster Health Bars Disappearing During Game

Over the course of a game minion and monster health bars disappear. I can see an hp bar if I hover a specific unit. This happens to full waves of friendly and enemy minions as well as all neutral monsters. Once it happens to one type of unit all the rest are effected (Ex. once it happens to a friendly minion all friendly minions are effected) and the issue persists the entire game. Eventually all non champion units have missing health bars. Extremely annoying!
