[CLIENT] LeaverBuster bug, timer endless loop / refresh / reset (not a zomg i dont deserve it post)

So I will start by saying this is NOT a post about how I don't deserve to be in lower priority queue. I do.

I have a 10 minute timer that seemingly endlessly refreshes.

I will wait the 10 minutes and once it gets to 0 it restarts the countdown.

I waited the first time for 4 cycles.

I have waited for a combined total of hours trying to fix this issue.

This happens 100% of the time.

I have been dealing with this since yesterday. I logged in for the first time since receiving my penalty and have not been able to play 1 single game.

Playing on PC. (Edit) NA Server.

What I have tried: Waiting for 4 complete cycles Reinstall adobe air (currently up to date) Replace files from new adobe air in riot folder Update Java (currently up to date) Reinstall League Complete Uninstall and Reinstall of League Update GPU drivers (currently up to date) Installed windows updates Restart Comp (obviously) Restart LoL (obviously) Tried waiting with browser closed and other extemporaneous programs closed. I did leave Avast running. Have an Open ticket with Riot (I have not received a response other than a confirmation of my ticket) Tried queuing in: Nemesis, Teambuilder, ARAM, 5v5 Normal Blind Pick, Normal Draft

I just want to play nemesis! :(

Please help, or at least confirm it is a known and current issue. I see a lot of posts about this from approximately 3 months ago. But nothing really recent and from what I have dug up the "solutions" described in these threads have not worked.

I know I was a jerk and deserve the penalty. But, for the most part I am a positive player and generally try to create a positive environment. I am willing to take my punishment, but the fact that I cannot play is overwhelmingly frustrating. If I had gotten a ban I would accept that, but I would at least like a time frame. As it stands now I don't know when I will be able to play again.

So, I'm playing at a friend's house. And it is working now. So, the issue must be coming from my pc. If anyone else is having this issue. I guess you could try playing on a different system. Still not sure why this is occurring. I'm wondering if it has something to do with Avast... again!

I am in s6 and i have to reopen the client when i see that my cooldown timer has been reset again and is counting down back again.. i get annoyed .. then i reopen my client and then its all right.. the next game again the timer resets and hence i reopen my client to fix this,,.... --//- so i just wait 40 MINUTES before going into the game because my leaverbuster is for 20 goddamn minutes... [slayer-jinx-unamused]
