Login screen localization bug

Sometimes (but not always) when my computer shut down unexpectedly, i have some bugs happening when I restart LoL. When I start LoL, it resets connection information. In particular, it puts back North America - English, even though I'm playing in fresh on EUW. Quite often he also restart the client to make an updte, even though I already connected 10 minutes ago. There are three "bugs"/problems here : First, the client restart for some update (and the update effectively take a second with a bad connection, so probably just the time to chacke that no update is required.) Then connection informations lost. Then the fact that you have to change region, restart, change language, restart. It should be possible to change both. Finally, If I have to accept terms and condition again, which is already abnormal. But moreover, I have to accept these three times, for NA, for EUW in english and then for EUW in french. Legally, I don't think I should need to accept terms and conditions for NA to then play on EUW. It should be possible to change region without accepting it.

So when You try to reconnect to a game and it takes two more minutes because of this, it is quite frustrating, really.
