Weird new HUD visual bug

So I played my first game with the new new HUD and I love what Riot did with it but there's a strange visual bug in the item inventory where there are random up-facing arrows blocking the items, it goes away when you activate a health pot or flask but it's really strange. Is this happening to anyone else?
