no chest? i had one available.

i just played a game of lulu mid and got an S- but i didn't receive a chest for it. now i know you can only get a certain number of them in a set amount of time. but i had one available and now it's telling me i can't get another one for 5 days when i didn't get one. (i hit the max last week as well and it has been 5 days since then.)
