[GAMEPLAY] - Azir Soldiers

Bug: Azir Soldiers not dealing damage on attack animation.

Frequency: 3 - 4 times in a 30 minute game. Varies by game.

Mostly happening after moving soldiers with Q and allowing them to sit for .5 to 1 second(s). I have not noticed a difference between using and not using attack speed items. More than one soldier does not make a difference (that I have seen).
