Misleading item description: Hextech GLP-800 doesnt state that it applies a slow anywhere

Just a tiny (heads-up? suggestion?) towards a change towards a recently trendy ideal - Clarity - and the fact that GLP-800's slow is stated nowhere in its description - not just its slow strength or duration, but the fact it applies a slow in the first place.

The only reason i mention this is because an opposing player was infuriated last match, because he had no clue how i was able to slow him without any slowing items or abilities.

Hextech GLP-800

Stats +300 health +400 mana +80 ability power

Passive Unique – Eternity: 15% of damage taken from champions is gained as mana. Spending mana restores 25% of the cost as health, up to 25 per spell cast.

Active Unique – Frost Bolt: Fires a spray of icy bolts that explode, dealing 100 – 200 (+ 35% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit (40 second cooldown, shared with other Hextech items).

Enemies hit are slowed by 65% decaying over 0.5 seconds.
