[GAMEPLAY] Ally's ult gauge does not change with Tahm Kench Ult use.

On the Team Frames in game, Tahm Kench's ult gauge did not change after use. The display was unchanged, wrongfully signaling that the teammate's ult was still available and ready to be used. The ult destination was used in view of an ally and was viewed on screen by the player, in case that has any significance on reproduction. I do not know of any cause of the bug at this time.
