Several problems with the launcher/client since its new release

So I haven't really decided to report these things because they haven't been an issue till now but I've had some problems with the new client since it launched.

The first is the annoying "100% 1 of 1" bug that occurs, it seems like 10 extra minutes of patch time is always added on because of it despite me being told I'm done. I don't quite understand how this happens but I've seen many a thread referring to it and all of my friends have the same issue, so it must be very common or happen to anyone. It's very annoying and aggravating to see that my patch should be done but have to wait 10 minutes. I'm sure Riot knows about this issue but I thought just in case I would mention it.

The second is what made me decide to make a report: For the past three days, ever since starting the PBE client, every time I launch my client I am told "The client will now be restored to an older version" something along the lines of that. Then after I press "Okay" I'm told there is an error and the client will relaunch to restore to an older version. When it relaunches, it continues to do this. I'm basically stuck in limbo at this point, but my good ole pal Task Manager comes in and lets me end task, after which my launcher decides to completely reinstall itself (????) then repatch the game (and I have to sit at 100% 1 of 1 for a decade again). It's very annoying and makes launching League of Legends an almost hour long process.
