Automated Report System is Ineffective

I'm not sure if the new Reform system is live on the NA servers or not, however I have not experienced the automated system being effective at all.

1.) There are still more unskilled players than ever with negative attitudes and poor knowledge of the game in Ranked play who have no intentions of working as a team. Players who consistently die over 10 times in multiple games are being mistaken for having "bad games" when they are actually unskilled and/or intentionally feeding (continuously trying to fight an enemy player alone that is 2-3 levels above them is intentionally feeding).

2.) A player who was averaging 20+ deaths in countless games was not removed for intentionally feeding until I harassed Riot via Support Tickets. This same player was allowed to die 52, 71, and 86 times in several Ranked games without a punishment or flagged account. This is unacceptable at any tier or level.

3.) Warnings for negative attitude are instant, even when you mute your team for the entire game. However, players who use racial slurs are still not being banned from League of Legends, even when a Support Ticket is filed. I have been called a racial slur 3 times this month alone. The lack of swift action from Riot may suggest that it supports Racism/White Supremacy.

4.) Majority of Support Tickets are automated and closed as quickly as possible, often without addressing all player's concerns and lacking transparency regarding actions and changes Riot may or may not be making. These impersonal, automated follow ups can often cause one to believe that actions either aren't been taken or marking cases as "Solved" when the problem still exists is deceitful.
