Im not sure if this counts as a bug but when I play blind pick, I end up playing with people who are WAY better than me. I'm summoner level 31, so explain to me why people on both my team and the enemy team are level 100+ silver or higher players? They're always annoyed that I'm in a game with them, and I'm annoyed that I can't play with anyone my level.

Is there something wrong with matchmaking? It doesn't seem like it was intended for people like me to get into matches with players whose skill level is so different from mine.

Literally my last game I was 0/7/3 but guess what, we won, probably because of the level 118 PLATINUM V player on my team who was 10/1 and caused them to surrender. Why is matchmaking allowing games like this to happen???

I'm getting diamond plat and gold in my normal games and matched with silvers. So much fun that if they don't fix it by the end of next week I'm going to hand all my money to Blizzard.
