Clash Ticket Missing?

When clash was being hyped up a week before it was cancelled, they had it where you could go to the page with all of it's information and if you read through all of the slides you could earn a free clash ticket. I did this, HOWEVER, was honor level 1 checkpoint 0 at the time. I never noticed it in my inventory but honestly didn't look, and was gone over the cancellation weekend. I logged in after cancellation weekend and do not see it anywhere in my loot so my question is this: did I not earn my free clash ticket because I was Honor 1, is the clash ticket missing because clash was cancelled, or am I just not looking in the right spot?

I was Honor 1 so I wouldn't have been allowed to participate in clash, but it never said anywhere nor do I think it's fair if I wasn't eligible to earn the ticket from the promotion. Anyone have any insight on this?
