Hotkeys fail to work, have to manually click abilities.

This is a bug i have to deal with almost on a bidaily basis, it makes playing the game unfun when i know i have to restart my client 4 or 5 times before it works properly. i can go into practice tool and it works perfectly then load into a game and BAM none of my hotkeys work and i have to manually click them all game, This makes the game almost unplayable, i've had this bug since Akali's rework hit live and its incredibly infuriating that he constant tickets i've sent in just get met with "i dont know whats wrong" with no actual answers or help to how to fix it other than to redownload the client which i've done 3 or 4 times now. its Infuriating and wish it could get fixed or at least find out whats causing it.
