Zed Visual Bug

Zeds Q is currently bugged in where, I throw out my W Then Q it goes off perfectly fine. Then throw out another Q without quick cast, it looks as though its aiming from where my shadow last was, yet it does not throw. To clarify I normally have quick cast, but I set it to Shift+Q to see where I throw it. I threw out my shadow, it disappeared, Then after it COMPLETELY disappears I shift Q to see where I can throw my SINGLE Q next, it looks as though my shadow can still throw a shuriken yet it CANT.
