Master Yi Q Resets Dragon?
Dragon resets on these sorts of mechanics. Is this intended? And if so, would someone be able to explain the reasoning/"the why" behind it?

im pretty sure it is intended, it does it to shaco as well..except he can put a box down, let it draw aggro and he can blink all he wants to 
for that split second he alphas he is untargetable so dragon has no target and takes a nap only to just piss you off and knock you back
