Annie's bear not following killer after killer is eaten by Tahm Kench

So I was playing a game with Annie I got killed by Vi, Tahm ate Vi, Tibber's followed Tahm around even after he spit out Vi who was both the killer and lower health and rather close. Why did this happen?

TahmKench W completely removes champs from the game, save for DoTs because... Dots

So does the game forget that the champion is low health AND that the champion killed me? Because even if Tibbers forgot that Vi killed me it should know that she is low health.

From what Ive seen and boards posts, Tibbers AI isn't exactly perfect right now. It seems to bug out and lose targets, idle, attack minions during team fights and etc.
