Masteries Not Changing Properly

It's happened twice in a row. First game I was playing and I set up my masteries to be 18/0/12. The previous game I played 12/0/18 on . And in-game I had my old mastery setup. Now, I did notice that it never let me confirm whether to save or not when I hit X on the mastery adjustment page. But when I reopened it to double check, it was correct, but not in-game. And then the next game I was back on and I wanted to play with his masteries, but I was having the same problem. So I created a new mastery page and set it up, but again, it didn't give me the save option. And sure enough, when the game started, I had no masteries.
