[GAMEPLAY] No Information Overlay's (Minimap, Items Bar, Ability Bar, etc)

Loaded into a ranked game last night (duo que, if it helps), and there simply was no tactical info of any sort on the screen. The item's screen loaded up just fine, I was able to move around freely, and I could perform my leveled E (playing as Fizz), but there was literally no tactical information on the screen. I had no minimap, no items bar, no ability bar, or death counter up top. There wasn't even a health/mana bar hovering over Fizz on-screen. I had to disconnect really quickly and reload into the game, which seemed to fix all of it, although it didn't fix getting behind early in the game :P
