Champion Select Ranked Bugged Out [CRASH] [CLIENT]

This is the second or third time this month that this has happened. I loaded into champion select, the champion hovers were bugged out, and parts of the screen were missing text and outlining. I couldn't see initially what people wanted to play, and no names were showing up. After I hovered my champion (Graves), the client froze and would not return to normal following the final ban. This was considered a dodge by the client and I lost LP as well as am currently on a 30 minute wait timer. I'm sure this happens from time to time, but it seems to be happening more frequently on my computer than most. I didn't think of taking any screenshots, but will make sure to do so next time.
