Kicked from champ select with 4 seconds to pick...

Was in que for ranked, was kicked from the que with 4 seconds to pick champion while what team wanted me to play. Have noticed there is lag in the client as well, trying to start a wait que sometimes doesn't even work the first several times. Delay after selecting roles before being able to press "find match" is usually present.
