The spell shield can block 2 spells cast in quick succesion. This is the game replay file on 1 cloud, idk how else to link it as proof. Anyway, the bug is around 25:55 minutes, watch zed closely with veil when veigar hits him with Q and W, he takes no damage, thus both spells are blocked.
