Bugsplat due to repair of game files...

Okay, this will be my 3rd leave these 2 months, due to bugsplat again. 1st was due to bugsplat also it had to REPAIR files while I'm on the loading screen. 2nd time I reinstalled my OS, downloaded lol again. Everything is fine, but I couldn't connect to the game I was playing at all (no idea why...). And now I played a normal game, finished it and 2 minutes later (I don't know what has to go so wrong in 2 minutes that the client has to download 8gb of data...) when I started a new game, again bugsplat in-game loading screen, and again the client has to repair something... Why not fix it while I'm in the client ... not when I start the game...
