Problems selecting runes/masteries

With the new patch I keep trying to select my runes and masteries but when the game goes into 10 second countdown it switches me back to what I started with. Its really annoying -.- I keep having AD runes on an AP champ... Ive only played aram lately if that helps at all. Anyone else getting this?
