Another bug

I tried making a new account on league cause my other one has a lot of restrictions for no apparent reason. So I did all of the username email password and all that stuff I click create, next thing I know i'm looking at a page that just says sign up failed. So come on guys get it together stop worrying about champs and go for the bugs fix them please
