[CLIENT] Long Queues and No Priority Queues (Dynamic Queue).

So, to make it short, the issue is about queues in the new dynamic queue being too long. The reason I am thinking of this as a bug is because when I repick my positions and re-start the Queue Up, the queue time is significantly lowered in comparison to just search straight up for a game. Somehow the game takes longer to find a match if we do not repick our positions. It can take from 10min-to-30min at peak times with a variety of 4 roles. Clearly there is something wrong with the queue and somehow the wait for a match is much more than it should be, maybe the game did not receive what our desired roles are? I dont think so but something is definitely not right. Its been like this for several patches now, please research for this issue. Also after one player fails to pick a champion or accept the match, I am not added into priority queue and then wait for another 20 minutes without any real reason for me to do so since there were 9 candidates for the game I was about to play, how come there is so much time for 1 more to come?... Anyway I hope this gets resolved soon.
