[CLIENT] Friend List Displaying Improperly

So , the issue is about randomly sometimes when me and my friends see our friend lists, the offline ones are showing as well with the offline filter enabled and those friends are shown as plain names, also some of the friends that are in fact offline are shown as online but their names are half-hidden behind the friend that is right under them in the friend list, in some cases friends that are online are not shown at all in the friend list as thought they were totally offline. So there is not known way to make sure the reproduce of this effect but overall the issue is related to people getting offline and online and sometimes re-logging into the client aka. restarting the game completely will not revert this issue. My opinion: this could be caused by the offline people being shown in the friend list where they should not do so, the offline friend's names are covering the other names which means it is kinda like a visual bug, technically I am not sure about it being a visual bug and somewhat doubt it but you get the idea.
