Flash being affected by minion block.

2 games in a row now I've gone to past my minion wave or past a wall where a minion was and each time i got minion blocked as if i was trying to move. the times it happened it moved me right next to the closest minion. the range being used didn't matter nor how much free space there was for flashes range.
