Could Not Select A Champion - Champion Portrait and Masteries Blocking

This happens way too often. I'm not talking about not being able to select a champion, but just a splash art not getting the fuck out of my way.

It's a flaw that has been around for soo long.

Normally tho, it happens somewhere where you can still select another champion, that then fixes the problem.
