Game simply ceased to exist

I don't know exactly how I would report this kind of bug. I was playing Vi, we were about 30 minutes into the game, and then all the sudden I disconnected as I killed the brambleback on the red side jungle. All network connection reports were positive, so I waited to reconnect. It never happened. I quit, and tried to reconnect. The client couldn't find my game. I checked my match history, and my recently played. There is nothing indicating I played any games since my sivir game last night.

I have no idea how to recreate this bug. I'm just reporting what happened.
