{GAMEPLAY] Mute enemy emotes option doesn't mute the world's emotes.

I enabled the "Mute Enemy Emotes" option in the interface menu, but it doesn't prevent enemies from flashing their worlds team emotes.

I discovered the bug trying to complete the Close Combat quest. Here is a video of the enemy teams Karma using the TSM emote https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3cU2PQxsW0&feature=youtu.be I was able to see the emote and even opened my menus to see if the Mute Enemy Emote option had somehow unchecked itself, because I had enabled it once I first saw it in the options.

As for recreation: I entered a custom game with someone from my clubs. He had the IMT emote equipped. I asked him to run mid and just spam the emote and sure enough, I could see the emote pop above his head.
