[WEBSITE] Multiple Summoner Icons are not displaying on profiles, even with same icon.

As described, the summoner icon for multiple players are not displaying on the forums and instead a question mark is in its place.

And on some player's profiles, their icon is displayed while other's is not even when both players have the same icon equipped onto their profiles: http://i.imgur.com/LsHOc55.png
