Loading screen crashes at zero

Loading screen crashes at zero constantly the icon spins sayingi ts loading but keeps me at 0% then it say that i was a leaver when i was trying to connect for 7 minutes its bullshit. i evern restarted the loading screen and reconnected 3 times. then i lose LP for a stupid reason
