MY WINS (stats) ARENT MOVING

even after i won over 10 more games my wins are still showing as stuck at 94. recently after 4 more games it went up by one BUT I WON WAY MORE GAMES. ive been watching it after i won 3 games in a row the number hasent risen and this bug is really annoying what should i do ;-;
