Draven bugs

I'm not sure 100% if one of these has been posted before or even fixed for that matter, but I didn't see anything about it in the last few patches and to my knowledge the first one I'm posting still happens as of 9.9.

The first bug I've seen multiple times when Draven gets any kind of CC. Essentially if you get slowed, knocked up, rooted etc etc. and if you have say 2 axes up at this time the animation for them spinning will just disappear and your only indication that you still have axes is looking at your hot bar. Sometimes I've seen it happen with just getting auto-attacked but more so whenever you get CC'd. I've also seen it happen with his E cast.

The second bug is kind of major, and again I'm not sure if it's been fixed or not. If Draven has stacks and Illaoi hits someone with her E, if Draven kills the specter he gets to cash in his stacks. Even if this isn't a bug that's pretty far from being balanced. It doesn't even have to kill the champion who got E'd just the clone.

Again not 100% sure if these got fixed, if so then ignore this post, if not then hey upvote :)
