Client Freezing Consistently for me and all of my friends during Champ. Selection

For the last two updates, my friends and I have all been having the same issues with this new client. Probably between 10-30% of our games, the client has been completely acting up in champion selection. It will freeze and force people to dodge, it will pause when any given pick-timer hits 0 seconds, or it will act like it's offline or the GUI won't update. I've lost a few LP and some series matches, it's very frustrating and I can't seem to find any info on it. The thing is it's happening on multiple computers consistently, so I know it's not a problem that just I am having. RITO HElp???

I am getting this a lot as well, and today in the 5-6 games in champ select 80% of the games someone dodged. There is def something wrong with the client recently. Should be looked into

same thing happened to me last patch... luckily somebody dodged so I didn't take an LP penalty. I also had a similar bug happen where after it found a match and I hit accept, it would not go to the champion select. I still heard timers and noises and everything but no screen change. forced me to dodge and take a series loss for platinum 2 promos.
