[CLIENT] Skin Selection Reverting to Classic

I got Final Boss Veigar as my mystery skin from Riot. (Thanks, Rito btw ^.^) Since trying it out I have noticed a bug which occurs during champion select, specifically in skin selection. Previously, once I had selected a skin to use for a champion, that skin would be the default skin, e.g. I have never needed to reselect Galactic Nasus since I first used it, because it is always automatically chosen as it is the last Nasus skin I used. However, occasionally Veigar's Default skin will revert back to the Classic Veigar skin. This is incredibly easy to miss, during champ select there are much more pressing issues such as runes & masteries, lane selection, worrying about trolls etc, but a big disappointment in-game when it happens.

This has happened a couple of times with Final Boss Veigar reverting to Classic Veigar, out of about the ten times I have used him since getting the skin. It also happened to my friend playing Lee Sin; He had selected Dragon Fist Lee Sin for one game, and in the very next game he was surprised during loading when he saw that without changing his skin, he was playing Classic Lee Sin.

I have no idea how to reproduce this, It happens when I least expect it.
