Attempt To Join Queue Failed

As I was in a Dynamic Queue (Normals) my client crashed. This doesn't happen very often, but when it does and I am in Champion Select it gives me a Leave rBuster timeout. its not my fault that the client crashed, I do not deserve a Leaver Buster, and neither do the other people that this happens to. Riot, fix your shit.
