Screen shift glitch

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem yet, but after the latest patch. (5.6) I was experiencing a rather long ping spike. So i alt+tab'd out to check my wifi connection. I alt+tab back into the game and wait a little and the screen unfreezes from the reconnecting screen. But after i reconnected i notice that the top of my screen has completely moved down maybe a 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch and I can see my wallpaper from my desktop in the space from where it has moved from. Also I can't alt+tab out of the game either anymore.

Can I get some help?
