Honor reset, but i still show the 0 emblem?

Just curious if this was just a bug or glitch? For context on my situation; a few months back i had a breakup, i took to league drunk and angry, ~~shockingly ~~ I was toxic as hell. I got a 10 AND 25 game chat restrict the next day. I took some time off after clearing them, got my act together, and even got back to honor 1 during the past month. Heard today was the reset and with ranked starting soon I wanted to see if it put me to H2 and I saw this.

So I just wanna make sure, am i honor 2 or 0? And is there a way to update whichever is wrong?

Edit: rephrasing my question to "How do I get it to display the proper Honor 1 emblem and Textbox that I should have" since I guess being below 2 I wont reset, which makes sense lol.

My reasoning for thinking i also reset to level 2 was the text saying "You begin at level 2" lol my apologies for that.
