Twitch ad scaling on e tool tip or percentage is off (Gameplay)

When playing twitch hes E is meant to have a 25% scale off his ad but with a 100 ad your q only show +12 ad damage to his E active which might be either a tool tip error or something else I do not know. But figure I should report it just in case. I placed a link to both the lol wiki page on twitch as well as a gameplay match as twitch for more information.
