so the new fiora can block everything with her parry........either i was playing with somebody who was hacking or you can use fiora's parry to block

get footage of it...and maybe they will see if it was a bug
It says she blocks damage and CC so it would make sense that she can block exhaust if you hit her with it while she is parrying.
I wouldn't even be god damn surprised... stupid stupid champion buffs.. Top lane is a joke
